Shipping Rates

Quick Tip: to find out the actual cost of shipping your items, view your shopping cart page (click My Cart at the top right of any page). At the bottom of your shopping cart total we list the available shipping rates.

1. For orders shipped to a United States address:

   • Standard shipping is $4.50 + 6.5% of your order total
   • Priority is $4.95 + 15%
   • UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) - calculated at checkout based on your address

   If you don't specify UPS, we generally use the United States Postal Service. Standard orders sent by USPS Media Mail usually take 3-10 business days, but an occasional order will take up to 3 weeks. Shipments to Hawaii take 4 - 6 weeks. Priority shipments should take only 2-3 business days for delivery. Large orders are often shipped by UPS, so please provide a physical address.

2. For foreign customers:

   • Standard surface shipping is not available
   • Priority shipping to Canada and Mexico is $9.95 + 23% of your order total
   • Priority to all other countries is $11.95 + 50%

   Priority shipping orders will be shipped by the least expensive priority method. If you have special requests, they will be considered. Priority shipments take an average of 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Some items will include a shipping surcharge as they cannot be shipped by our standard service:

• If you order 1 or more items from the Variety Shoppe, a $2 surcharge will be added to your order
• If you order any of the Gospel sign supplies, a 15% surcharge will added to the cost of those items

Rush Processing   

For a $5 charge (selectable at checkout), we will guarantee that your order is shipped the same day on orders under $350. For orders over $350, the rush charge will guarantee shipment by the next business day. To qualify, you must place your order on Monday through Friday by:

• 3 PM Pacific Time
• 4 PM Mountain Time
• 5 PM Central Time
• 6 PM Eastern Time

Rush orders placed during the weekend will be shipped Monday.

If for any reason we are not able to ship your order the same business day (on days the US Postal Service operates), the rush charge will be promptly refunded. This guarantee applies to all in-stock items.
